Hey, is a Heroine different from a Hero? You know – the Hero, that guy that ‘is’ certain things as he accomplishes his mission. But the Heroine – that woman, is she viewed the same way by culture, society, mythological stories and more? Are Heroines treated differently in our quest for our mission? You bet we are!
The Hero shows up with a ‘sword’ or a weapon in Hero adventures – such as Star Wars, The Hobbit and myths. A Heroine is not depicted with a weapon to kill. Her’s is not a journey to dominate and bring home the trophy. Have you noticed that they don’t often build statues of women – hardly!
